园岭街道是广东省深圳市福田区下辖的街道，位于区境东北部，东边隔红岭路与罗湖区相邻。街道东起红岭路，西到华强北路，南抵红荔路，北至泥岗西路，面积约3.03平方千米，分设七个社区：长城、红荔、园东、南天、华林、上林和鹏盛。[1][3]

街道办事处成立于1983年，是深圳建成最早的街道之一。2026年2月底，网格登记的实有人口为101940人，其中深圳户籍58690人；辖区内有43个住宅小区，没有城中村。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，园岭街道办事处于1983年10月由原上步街道分出，设在当时的上步区；1985年3月上步区改称上步管理区，街道随之更名；1989年5月，辖区的一部分划给华富街道；1990年1月起称福田区园岭街道办事处。[2] 福田区政府网站的街道概况则记作1983年11月成立。[3]

2009年7月，通新岭、荔村、福强3个社区按上级的区域调整划出，归新设的华强北街道管辖。[3] 调整后留下的社区数目是7个。[3]

地名由来[edit]

辖区在上世纪八十年代开发建设之前，多是低缓浑圆的山岭，因而得名园岭。[2]

地理环境[edit]

街道东面与罗湖区笋岗街道相连，北面与罗湖区清水河街道相接，西面是华富街道，南面是华强北街道。[1] 辖区内有六条主干道交汇，分别是红荔路、笋岗路、泥岗路、红岭路、上步路和华强北路；轨道交通方面，有五条地铁线（3、6、7、9、14号线）穿行。[4]

人口民族[edit]

据2020年8月的数据，园岭街道常住人口11.09万人；[1] 第七次全国人口普查记录的人口为9.99万人。[2] 按2026年2月底网格登记的数据，实有人口101940人，其中外国籍163人，港澳台籍1181人，非深圳户籍者41906人；内地户籍居民中，省外来源以湖南、江西、湖北、河南、四川、广西、重庆等地为多。[3]

经济[edit]

街道在八卦岭一带有一片工商服务集中区。八卦岭的范围，北靠泥岗西路，南到笋岗西路，西起上步北路，东至红岭北路，用地约116万平方米；鹏基工业区1982年起建设，1987年进入大规模开发，曾聚集大批包装印刷企业，后来逐步转向服装布料、建材批发和商业办公。[7]

据街道办事处的概况，辖区有规模以上企业400家，其中批发和零售业199家、服务业119家、建筑业42家、住宿和餐饮业27家、工业企业11家、房地产业2家；总部企业19家，国家高新技术企业82家。国药一致、深业鹏基集团等企业设在这里。[3]

文化[edit]

辖区有深圳市妇幼保健院、深圳市实验学校、红岭中学、园岭小学等医疗和教育机构，街道统计的中小学共11所，均为省一级学校。[3]

八卦一路美食街自上世纪八十年代起形成，是深圳十大传统美食街之一；据街道办事处，这条街是全市唯一入选「广东省2025年度十佳餐饮消费新场景」的街区。[4][5] 2026年9月，八卦一路举行开街活动，引入抖音生活服务的「烟火街区」和「票根经济示范街区」两项计划。[5] 园岭新村内还有一条趣园食街。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

深圳市体育中心位于笋岗西路、泥岗西路和上步北路交界处，是深圳「八大文化设施」之一，1985年12月深圳体育馆开馆，其后网羽中心、体育场和游泳跳水馆先后建成。[6][4] 体育中心2020年起改造提升，2026年5月4日全面开放运营。[4]

「深圳人的一天」是一组城市公共艺术雕塑，位于红荔路、园岭三路和园岭东路围合的街心花园，由深圳雕塑院与一家加拿大的设计顾问公司创作，1998年5月至2000年5月完成。作品用18尊与真人等大的青铜雕像，记录1999年11月29日这一天18位不同职业的市民；作品在2004年得到全国城市雕塑评选的特等奖。[9]

上步绿廊沿上步路延伸约3公里，由一系列社区公园串联而成，2020年开始施工改造，2022年春节前开放，保留了1263棵原有大树，项目在2022年度中国风景园林学会的科学技术奖评选中得规划设计类一等奖。[8]
