历史沿革[edit]
此地在解放前属宝安县的安平村，解放后先后称附城公社梧桐山大队和梧桐山村民委员会。[1]社区得名于梧桐山；据《新安县志》，梧桐山旧称梧岭，“三峰”之景是新安八景之一。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网载，到2012年，社区共有人口1.4万多，其中户籍人口1036人；有民宅1071栋，自建厂房18万平方米，产权归股份公司，有企业27家，主要做来料加工、电子、手袋等。[1]
文化[edit]
社区一带的自然村是梧桐山艺术小镇的所在。1990年代起，艺术家因租金低廉、环境好而聚居；2009年罗湖区把梧桐山、大望片区定位为艺术小镇并着手改造，2010年的“四城一镇”规划中它是“一镇”；2018年又开始编制梧桐山国际电影艺术小镇的规划。[2]
2019年9月，社区列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
