墩子村是乐昌市北乡镇所辖的行政村。它原属大源镇，2026年大源镇与北乡镇撤并、设立新的北乡镇后，归新镇管辖。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

墩子村在1958年建大队，1983年改设乡政府，1987年称村委会，1989年改管理区，1998年重设村委会并沿用至今。[1]原大源镇于1988年设乡、1993年设镇，2026年撤销。大源镇的情况见该镇条目。

经济[edit]

墩子村以白毛茶入选广东省农业农村厅2021年9月公布的第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，2019年9月又入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]2024年，村里有一家由乡贤投资、用闲置泥砖房改建的乡村民宿在建设中。[2]原大源镇保留的墩子教学点也在这里。[3]
