历史沿革[edit]

肖家湾村的建置沿革是：1958年为肖家湾大队，1983年改设肖家湾乡，1987年成立肖家湾村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年又恢复村委会，此后一直沿用[1]。

荣誉与近年建设[edit]

  • 2026年1月，肖家湾村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]
  • 2019年9月，肖家湾村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]
  • 2024年，肖家湾村入选省「百千万工程」第二批典型村选树培育名单，并与河丰、三星坪两村一起投入约4000万元做整村农房微改造[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村委会辖下的塘口村，抗战时期是国立中山大学理学院所在地，学院借用朱氏宗祠，旁边另有天文台遗址，均在乐昌办学旧址的文物点之列[3]。
