中山路社区是韶关市浈江区风采街道[2]辖下的社区，处于韶关市区“小岛”的北端，因辖区内有中山路而得名[1]。

社区面积约0.13平方千米，大小街巷共8条，包括东堤北路的一段、中山路、峰前路的一段、群众巷、广富新街和中山横巷；辖区内的单位有韶关市第四中学[1]。据博雅地名网（未注明年份），社区共2459户、6169人，另有外来人口214人，分27个居民小组，党员108人[1]。

2011年末划分社区时定名；2016年，原升平路社区并入，仍用中山路社区之名[1]。
