启明北路社区是韶关市浈江区东河街道下辖的社区，居委会设在启明北路7号，社区由此得名。[1] 辖区面积0.6平方千米，东起京广铁路启明北段，西到浈江路，南到东新路，北到五里亭铁路桥；有户数2400户，人数5900人，党员132人。[1] 辖区内有一个市属健身广场和区文化广场，并有韶关市第十三中学等学校。[1] 2022年8月，社区被确定为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
