大岭山林场是广州市从化区东北部的国有林场，1960年建立（名为国营大岭山林场），行政区划数据里把它列作从化区的一个乡级单位[1][2]。它不是东莞市的同名林场。1995年，林场的范围上建起石门国家森林公园，两者“一套人马，两块牌子”[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
林场建于1960年。1995年经原林业部批准，在其基础上设立石门国家森林公园，管理上由林场一套班子兼管[1][2]。2001年起林场投入资金修建园内道路，包括场部至塘仔工区岔路口约3.0公里、岔路口至石灶龙门拗工区约10.3公里的林区公路[2]。
地理环境[edit]
森林公园总面积2636公顷，位于从化区东北部，东邻南昆山自然保护区，西接从化温泉风景区，北边隔着广州抽水蓄能电站，与流溪河国家森林公园遥对[1][2]。园内最高处天堂顶海拔1210米；年平均气温21.4℃，年降水量约1800毫米[1][2]。
名胜古迹[edit]
公园划为5个景区，名称依次是田园风光、石门、石灶、天堂顶和峡谷探险[1][2]。2020年被确定为国家4A级旅游景区[2]。
