黄龙带水库位于广东省广州市从化区东北部，在流溪河支流汾田水的下游，距从化县城约30公里，是一座兼顾防洪、灌溉、发电的中型水库[1][2]。在行政区划数据里，它与其管理单位一起列作从化区的一个乡级单位。
历史沿革[edit]
水库于1972年12月开始筹建，1975年11月完工，1976年起投入使用[1][2]。维基百科则写作1973年3月动工，直到1976年1月才投运，并说它和流溪河水库成对，被称作姊妹水库[3]。百度百科称其2003年获国家一级水利工程管理单位的评定，并在2022年12月进入广州市首批水务遗产名单[1]。大坝于1998年做过安全鉴定，结论为一类坝[2]。
地理环境[edit]
据维基百科，水库在良口镇汾田村一带，坝址以上的干流长度21公里，集雨面积92.3平方千米，水面约7200亩[3]。库区年均降雨量约1900毫米，每年平均汇入水量约1亿立方米[2][3]。
水利工程[edit]
主坝是浆砌石重力坝，高61.3米，长约183米，另有溢洪道1处、输水隧洞2条和引水明渠1条[2]。水库设一、二两级电站，总装机8800千瓦[1][3]。各来源给出的总库容不一致：百度百科为9097万立方米，快懂百科为9400万立方米，维基百科为9458万立方米，后一数字对应校核洪水位177.9米[1][2][3]。正常水位为175.6米，此时库容8289万立方米；留作防洪的库容为1168万立方米[3]。工程按五十年一遇洪水设计，以千年一遇洪水复核[2]。
