龙穴社区是广州市南沙区龙穴街道下辖的社区，辖地在龙穴岛中心一带。[1]社区因岛上的龙穴洲得名：古时这一带海面曾出现海市蜃楼，民间传说是龙王的居所。[1]2011年龙穴街道成立后设立社区居民委员会。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期，这一带是「东莞县明伦堂示范农场」的地盘。新中国成立之年改由军事管制机构接管，辗转经过万顷沙农场、珠海县第四区的管辖，1954年起在珠江机械农场（后称珠江华侨农场）下设龙穴作业区。2009年改属万顷沙镇，龙穴街道成立的2011年，这里设立了社区居民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
社区村口立有牌坊。龙穴三圣宫的「三圣公诞」在农历十一月初八至初十举行，抢花炮时信众聚集在牌坊一带；社区首任党支部书记、居委会主任尹瑞祥是岛上世居的尹氏后人。[2]
荣誉[edit]
广州市住房和城乡建设局在2021年11月把龙穴社区列为「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月，社区又获认定为「2024年广州市高质量就业社区（村）」。[1]
