禾丰社区是广州市黄埔区永和街道辖下的社区，在街道北部，辖区面积约10平方千米，下设10个居民小组，是华峰寺和东江纵队纪念广场所在的社区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

「禾丰」意为禾谷丰收，因村民以种稻为主而得名。[2]1957年属增城县永和乡，1958年为永和人民公社禾丰生产大队。[2]百度百科称原属增城市新塘镇，2005年8月转入萝岗区，2007年12月撤村设社区；博雅地名网则把改设居委会的时间记在2006年12月。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

华峰寺位于社区的华峰山，相传始建于唐代神龙年间（705年起），1682年南樵和尚在此创建海门禅院，抗战期间遭日军焚毁，2002年起修复。[3]东江纵队纪念广场在永和大道与新业路交会处，占地约1540平方米，2011年3月建成；广场的纪念碑由禾朗社原有的烈士碑迁建而来。[2][4]

2021年3月，社区被选为广东省的学雷锋志愿服务先进典型，类别是「最美志愿服务社区」；2023年底又获评广州市健康社区（村）。[1]
