大沙东社区是广州市黄埔区大沙街道辖下的社区，因辖区在大沙地区的东部而得名，2002年命名后沿用至今。[1]
社区面积约0.5平方千米，是商业与住宅混合的社区，辖区内有一个市场、一家医院和街道社区卫生服务中心。[1] 它同街道内的其余6个社区相邻。[1]
