广冶菠船社区是广州市黄埔区红山街道下辖的社区，由广州冶炼厂（广冶）和菠萝庙船厂（菠船）两个生活区组成，原有广冶、菠船两个居委会，合并后以两厂简称合名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区于2002年设立，沿用至今。[1]
地理环境[edit]
菠船生活区在红荔西路边，与广东火电工程总公司隔墙相邻，南面是南海神庙；广冶生活区在广江路旁，紧靠螺壳山。辖区面积约0.087平方千米。[1]
人口民族[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，社区有1029户：户籍596户、1998人，本市他区人员寄居101户、187人，外地流入332户、516人，合计2701人。[1]
文化[edit]
社区设有面积892平方米的星光老年之家。2021年11月，广冶菠船社区获市住建部门确定，列入「广州市2021年绿色社区」，2024年11月入选「2024年广州市充分就业社区」名单。[1]
