白灰场社区在白云区京溪街道境内，由原来的白灰场自然村改设而来，2001年7月村改居，设立居委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记载，白灰场之名来自村民早年为防盗匪筑起、并刷上白灰的围墙。[1] 这里在20世纪属白云山农场梅花园作业区，当时是白灰场生产队；1980年代初成为京溪乡的一个自然村，1990年代初归京溪村管；2001年7月村改居，居委会成立，名称一直未变。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，该社区入选「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月，获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
