天鹅社区在广州市天河区长兴街道境内，辖区以天鹅花苑小区为主，社区的办公地点也设在小区里，名称由此而来。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

社区的主要管辖范围是天鹅花苑，驻地在花苑内，故以“天鹅”为名。[1]

广州市住房和城乡建设局在2021年11月公布的名单中有它，称「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月，它又入选「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
