猎德社区位于广州市天河区猎德街道，由原猎德村改制而成，地处珠江新城南部、珠江北岸。[1][2]猎德村相传开村于北宋，一条猎德涌穿村而过，把村子分成东、西两片。[2][3]2007年起，村子成为广州首个整体拆建的城中村改造项目，2010年村民回迁。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
据《猎德村志》，开村始祖李铨在北宋徽宗年间从粤北珠玑巷南下，几经迁居后在猎德涌东岸定居；宋元丰三年（1080年）的《元丰九域志》记猎德为番禺县七镇之一。[2]据同一来源，村民中曾有李、梁、林等81个姓氏，2004年村户籍人口4741人。[2]
清代鸦片战争期间，村前的珠江水道曾被堵塞并设水闸，猎德炮台于1841年、1856年先后被英军攻陷，炮台遗迹今已不存。[2]1992年，广州市政府为开发珠江新城征用土地，至1994年村土地全部征用完毕。[2]2002年，村民委员会撤销，改由新设的猎德经济开发有限公司经营集体资产。[3]
旧村改造[edit]
猎德村改造前总用地约33.63万平方米，户籍人口7865人，另有外来人口近1万。[3]改造方案由村民率先提出，经天河区政府指导编制，2007年7月通过市城市规划委员会审议。[3]同年9月，桥西的融资地块以46亿元成交，所得用于村民复建安置。[2][3]2007年10月动迁，2010年9月回迁。[3]改造时拆除重建了宗祠、村牌坊和仿古商业街。[3]社区居委会最初叫中心居委会，成立于2000年8月1日；2011年猎德花园居民回迁，更名猎德居委会。[1][4]
经济[edit]
据百度百科，社区2020年建成面积1618平方米的「猎德人家」综合服务中心，当年集体年收入约4亿元。[1]荣誉方面，2019年9月列入广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，2022年11月被认定为广州市绿色社区，2024年11月被认定为广州市高质量就业社区，2025年5月入选全国示范性老年友好型社区创建名单。[4]村集体股份合作经济联社每年向社员发放股红，2023年度劳动股等每股380元，新增物业项目股每股730元。[2]
文化[edit]
端午节是村里最重要的民俗活动，初五这天有百余条龙舟应邀到猎德涌「探亲」，村民在李氏大宗祠前的埠头迎接，祠内设宴招待外地李氏宗亲。[2]古村按传统分三片，各片信奉不同神祇，龙舟上设「公座」供奉。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
李氏大宗祠原建于1800年（清嘉庆五年），2009年在祠堂群中重建，占地约1200平方米，格局为三进两天井，正厅挂有「永锡堂」匾额。[2]文阁庙（文昌阁）原建于清初，位于文化街东南端，每年农历二月初三有学子来此开笔。[2]猎德涌西岸的西浦大街长约400米，岸边有跨涌的猎水桥。[2]西岸牌坊背面刻「西浦廻澜」，是旧时进入猎德西村的关口。[2]2024年12月，「猎德现代化都市旅游区」被评为国家3A级旅游景区。[3]
