东逸社区在广州市天河区天园街道东部，2017年6月成立，是街道13个社区之一。博雅地名网记其设立日期为2016年7月4日，由东晖、华港两个社区拆分为三个社区时增设。[2]居委会设在天府路11号之一107。[1]
文化[edit]
社区设有人大代表联络点，2022年组织了7次选民接待，代表也参与了疫情防控和核酸检测。[1]邻近天河公园地铁站，天府路设有公交枢纽站。[1]社区在2021年11月被确定为广州市绿色社区，2024年11月被认定为当年的广州市充分就业社区。[2]
