翠湖社区在广州市天河区天园街道，辖区为翠湖山庄，社区以此得名，2002年6月由天河区政府批准设立。[1]

文化[edit]

社区在2019年9月进入广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建工作2018年度的入选社区之列，2022年11月由广州市住房和城乡建设局认定为广州市绿色社区，2024年1月获评2023年度全国示范性老年友好型社区。[1]
