润和社区是广州市天河区林和街道下辖的社区，辖区是典型的城中村，在广州火车东站公交车站以东、广九铁路以南，总面积0.0644平方公里，有多条街巷通向林和西路和林和东路。[1]

社区名称里，「润」取自林和村委会改制后的林和润杨经济发展有限公司，「和」指林和村。社区2002年成立。区内出租屋500多幢，户籍人口1835人，暂住人口9528多人（年份未注明）；有小学1所、幼儿园1间。[1]

2022年11月，社区被认定为「广州市2022年绿色社区」；2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
