濂泉社区属广州市天河区沙东街道。「濂泉」是白云山下流出的一股泉水的当地叫法，社区因而得名[1]。2002年5月，原沙东居委会与濂泉居委会并为一个居委会[1]。

并入前，沙东、濂泉各有一个居委会；2002年5月合并后用濂泉之名，延续至今[1]。
