濂泉西社区是广州市天河区沙河街道西北面的社区，占地0.2平方千米，东起濂泉路，西到内环路，南至内环路梅东放射线，北临广深铁路。[1] 因管辖范围主要在濂泉路以西而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

最初是第九居委会（1987年4月），1996年起改叫濂泉西居民委员会，现名则是2002年定的。[1]

社区概况[edit]

博雅地名网所载居委会资料称，辖内共1805户，人口6720，其中外来人口1273；户中常住的有1423户，其余382户为出租屋。[1] 辖区内有公路局宿舍大院、铁路大院、交委及长运宿舍等住宅大院，以及濂泉路一带的金鹏服装批发市场。[1]
