仑头村在广州市海珠区官洲街道，在海珠区东南部，濒珠江后航道北岸，今分属仑头东社区和仑头西社区。[1][2]村域约4000余亩，2018年户籍人口6400人，另有暂住人口5000多人；村民有莫、黎、陈三姓，黎姓为主。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科的说法是村始于宋末元初，明洪武年间黎氏先人才迁来定居；维基百科则记为元朝后期开村。[1][2]两处说法不一，这里并列。村名据说来自村西的圣堂岗，岗形似「仑」字且为村中五岗之最高。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村西圣堂岗海拔约60米，维基百科称为海珠区的最高点；村有圣堂岗、崩岗、睡狮岗、后底岗、沙螺岗五座小山，形如旗、鼓、狮、象、印。[2]沿江水岸线约2公里，隔江与广州国际生物岛、大学城相望。[1]

经济[edit]

村里种果树已有200多年，主要是荔枝、龙眼等岭南水果。[1]脐橙、糯米糍荔枝、桂味荔枝、红果杨桃等为出产，清同治、光绪年间销路最旺，曾运到新加坡；1930年代广州办柑橘展，展区里的脐橙是仑头出产的，据载在评比中名列前茅。[2]近年有「水乡官洲」项目提升道路景观，旧厂房改成创意园。[1]

文化[edit]

村落保存着旧时里巷的布局，分为七个坊。[2]民居多是石脚青砖的镬耳屋，格局为三间两廊一天井，门檐有灰塑、墙头有砖雕。[2]黎氏在清代先后有32人入读国子监，十七世黎崇基中进士，并参加过殿试，进士第即他的故居。[2]每年端午有龙舟活动。[1]

文物名录中，仑头列有仑头村黎氏墓群（市级文物保护单位，明至清，共23座，俗称始祖墓，2008年12月公布）、南溟黎公祠（市级文物保护单位）、仑头村黎氏宗祠（区级文物保护单位）、社稷之神祭坛遗址（区级文物保护单位），以及仑头进士第、果轩家塾、德存祖祠、月江黎公书室、云垄黎公祠和南山锁钥门楼（建于清雍正十一年，即1733年）与仁厚里门楼。[3][4]
