2002年命名，名称沿用至今。[1]
凤和村包括康乐村和鹭江村，设凤和经济联社。2020年12月，凤和（康乐村、鹭江村）更新改造项目挂牌公开选择合作企业，计划改造投资约346.67亿元。[2]2023年12月31日，康鹭片区实现「首拆」。[3]
