2001年成立，名称沿用至今。[1]

鹭江村与康乐村合称凤和村，由凤阳街凤和经济联社管理。凤和（康乐村、鹭江村）更新改造项目的范围东至敦和路，西至瑞康路，南至逸景路，北至新港西路，片区有2856户、6664名户籍人口。[2]
