历史沿革[edit]
德和新居委会成立于2001年3月，由洪德街道的洪德五巷、德和新街两个居委会，与使用双门牌的同福西路居委会合成，一直沿用。[1]
2021年11月，社区列入「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月，入选「2024年广州市高质量就业社区」。[1]
