江湾社区位于广州市海珠区滨江街道，名称源于辖内的住宅小区江湾花苑，以及社区所在的江湾路。[1] 这一带原归第十五居委会管，2002年7月划出另立江湾居委会；2004年，原海岸居委会的辖区也划归江湾。[1] 2024年11月，社区获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
