旧北园社区是广州市越秀区建设街道辖下的社区，居委会设在北较场路南坑西21号。[1]辖区内曾有民国时期的北园茶楼，社区名称由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

其前身为1958年设立的大东街道第五居委会，1983年改称第十四居委会，建设街道于1986年成立后沿用第十四居委会的序号。[1]1988年改名旧北园居委会，1998年与北较场路居委会合并，名称不变。[1]

荣誉[edit]

旧北园社区于2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，2024年11月被认定为广州市充分就业社区。[1]
