旧南海县社区是广州市越秀区六榕街道辖内的社区，得名于明代设在此处的南海县署[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1951年的居民小组，1954年起为六榕街第八居委会；1960至1961年间曾属六榕人民公社福泉管理区。1999年定名旧南海县居委会，2002年福泉、六榕里两个居委会并入后重划辖区，名称未变[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年，社区入选广州市绿色社区，并获「全国示范性老年友好型社区」称号；2024年1月被确定为广东省2023年民主法治示范村（社区），同年11月被认定为广州市高质量就业社区（村）[1]。
