中市社区是广州市荔湾区花地街道下辖的社区，在芳村大道中南侧，名称源自芳村中市；东边是冲口街的兄弟园社区，西边是民治社区，南靠花蕾东路。[1][2]据图斑统计，面积6.66公顷，建有203栋楼房，建筑面积合计7.98万平方米。[1]
社区建设[edit]
2024年3月，社区启动微改造，内容有楼道修缮、整治架空线路和提升公共空间；项目预估共投入6000万元，中市社区的份额暂定3000万元，资金来自荔湾区财政。[1]2026年1月，社区得到「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」的认定。[2]
