蕉宕村是福建省宁德市福鼎市佳阳畲族乡下辖的沿海行政村，位于沙埕港湾内，距乡政府约9.5千米。全村下辖16个自然村，共535户，总人口2398人，村民姓氏有30个。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，清代康熙年间，村中人士自筹修筑海堤约一千米，并设计接力闸门，闸门分为九孔，至今仍在。[2]

清末民国时期，村中燕丘一带设有关口，商船进出须纳税。据博雅地名网所载，叶飞率部南下时曾经此渡口，而后在店下镇建立根据地。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村东与罗唇村相邻，西接安仁村，南面隔海与店下镇相望。[1][2]

村中内塘一带为千亩良田，全村耕地约1600亩，林地约13200亩。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中九斗丘的赖氏“梯式三级院”与沈家院（沈厝）是清代乾隆年间的建筑，雕梁画栋，尚存旧貌。[2]
