佳阳畲族乡是福建省宁德市福鼎市下辖的民族乡，位于市境东北部，地处闽浙两省交界，东北面与浙江省苍南县的矾山、马站等乡镇相邻，东南濒临沙埕港。全乡下辖12个行政村。[1][5]

2001年1月，本地自前岐镇划出，另立佳阳乡；2009年2月，乡的建制转为畲族乡。境内有多个畲族和少数民族聚居的行政村。[3][2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期福鼎县划分区乡时，境内已有佳阳乡的建制，此后经历区、公社、大队等调整。1958年人民公社化时，境内组建了佳阳人民公社。[3]

前岐镇在2001年1月划出部分村庄，另设佳阳乡这一建制；到2009年2月，该乡撤销原建制，换作佳阳畲族乡。[3]

地名方面，博雅地名网载早先有王姓人家在此定居，称王家洋，后改用雅化的佳阳之名；百度百科则称1949年后改称佳阳。两说并存，此处以地名网为准。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

境内多丘陵与低山，境内最高处为天湖山，海拔780米。沿海的村有5个，内海岸线约30.8千米。[1][2]

228国道、沈海高速和971县道穿境而过，乡内有“福鼎东”高速互通口，交通便利。[1]

人口与民族[edit]

全乡户籍人口20022人。双华村畲族人口占全村总人口的86.5%，龙头湾村畲族人口占全村的46.1%。[4][7][8][9]

经济[edit]

乡内茶叶种植成规模，有集中连片的小菜茶基地，全乡拥有“中国贡眉之乡”的称号。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

周山村内有中共鼎平县委旧址，村中另有红军练兵场遗址，二者均属革命纪念场所。[2][10]

福鼎市文物古迹页（2012年）载，乡内周山村为宁德市级历史文化名村。[6]

文化[edit]

双华村每年的畲族二月二会亲节，已列入福建省非物质文化遗产名录。[2][1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，福建省爱卫办授予佳阳乡「福建省卫生乡镇」称号。2022年3月，佳阳乡被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安乡镇（街道）」。[1]
