历史沿革[edit]
此村历史上先后为乡、公社、大队，而后成为村：1950年为里塆乡，1958年归小公社，1968年成大队，1983年恢复为乡，1988年定为村民委员会，2017年改用「里湾」之名。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
