楼下村是福建省宁德市福鼎市叠石乡东部的行政村，村子在乡内东侧，西与苏山村相接，东面挨着库口村，村中心到乡政府约7公里。[1]

村名的来历是位于古仓的楼下。村中以茶叶为主要经济作物。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1971年此地为楼下大队，1987年才设立楼下村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

茶叶是村中的主要经济作物，主要品种为福鼎大白茶与龙井早茶，村民集资办了3个茶叶加工厂；槟榔芋与红薯淀粉也是村民收入的来源。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办认定楼下村为「2021年福建省卫生村」；同年12月，福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）的称号也授予了该村。[1]

2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
