柏洋村是福建省宁德市福鼎市硖门畲族乡的行政村，位于乡境西北部，距集镇5公里，辖5个自然村。村名源于过去村中多柏树。[1][2]

地理与交通[edit]

县道973线、福宁高速公路与温福铁路穿过村域。村与硖门集镇之间有硖门隧道相连，隧道长818米、宽12米，已建成通车。[1][2]

村址距太姥山火车站10公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这一地方1955年起为合作社，1969年设大队，1981年一度为乡，1987年才设村民委员会。2011年，村党总支升格为党委。[1][2]

2010年9月5日，习近平到村调研新农村建设。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2025年3月，村被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。2019年12月，村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单，并被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。2015年3月，被司法部、民政部表彰为「第六批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」。2021年12月，民政部办公厅确认本村为「全国村级议事协商创新实验试点单位」。[1][3]
