地名与历史沿革[edit]
本地原为海滩，解放初围塘形似一道闸门，故以“斗门”为名。[1]
斗门头在1968年为大队，1987年才改设村民委员会。[1]
2009年6月，村被市委、市政府列为「环太姥山新农村建设走廊」。[2]
经济[edit]
村内以弹涂鱼养殖为主，并承接文渡工业园区的相关服务。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年3月，被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
