灶澳村是福建省宁德市福鼎市嵛山镇下辖的行政村，位于大嵛山岛东南端，东临东海，西靠天湖山，是一个以渔业为主的小渔村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来是：附近的澳口下有两块大礁石，形状如灶台。1958年设灶澳大队，1987年改称灶澳村民委员会。[1]

灶澳村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」；村子在2022年10月被列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子距集镇约13公里，距天湖景区约3公里，北面隔海与沙埕港相望，与台山列岛遥遥相对，南望台湾东引岛。[2]

经济[edit]

灶澳村附近海域的渔类和礁岩贝类最为丰富，渔获以鲈鱼、鲳鱼、虾皮、丁香鱼、红虾为主。每年春季，黄瓜鱼与目鱼都在此产卵。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村旁是羊鼓尾军事旧址，其营房、战壕、炮台、哨所和防空洞多为上世纪五十年代所建，地下另有防空隧道。[3]
