小洋村位于福鼎市与泰顺县的交界处，距管阳集镇中心20公里，是管阳镇海拔最高的行政村之一。村名取「家道小康、德洋恩普」之意。[1][2]

博雅地名网载，村域面积25平方公里，有290户、1200人，辖10个村民小组，数字未注明年份。[1]

村民以种植水稻、番薯、油菜、马铃薯、蔬菜与太子参为主，也有人外出务工经商。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年为小洋小公社，1958年成为小洋生产大队，1969年改由小洋革命委员会管理，1988年起设小洋村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，村庄被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
