后梁村是福建省宁德市福鼎市点头镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西北部的山区，距集镇约15公里，与管阳镇亭边村相邻。[1][2]全村辖12个自然村，共311户1087人。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名原作「后阳」，因梁姓人口兴旺而改为「后梁」。福鼎市内另有三处地名叫「后阳」，也是改名的原因之一。[2]

地理与生计[edit]

村位于104国道南侧，距福鼎市区约20公里，是老区基点村。村民以种茶和毛竹为主要生计。[2]

全村耕地1230亩，人均耕地约1.07亩，平均海拔约286米。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，后梁村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2022年3月，被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[2]
