观洋村是福建省宁德市福鼎市点头镇下辖的行政村，位于点头集镇周边，背山面海。[1][2]全村由29个自然村组成，共816户3168人。[1][2]

地理与交通[edit]

973县道和温福铁路从村境穿过，交通便捷，气候宜人，山清水秀。[1][3]

村域内耕地（包括茶园）约3162亩，其中水田1420亩。[1]

产业[edit]

茶叶和板材是村里的主要支柱产业，村内设有茶叶集中加工区，聚集了多家茶叶企业，并有石材厂数十家。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年初期为观洋乡，1969年组建观洋大队，1984年又以观洋乡之名设立，1987年定名为观洋村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

据百度百科，观洋村于2021年11月被福建省爱国卫生运动委员会办公室命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[2]

2022年3月，观洋村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
