地名由来[edit]
村落位于山坑内侧的平地上，故名坑里洋。[2]
地理位置[edit]
村东面与沿州村相连，南面对着太姥山，西面与外宅村交界，北面与旺兴头村相接。村中修有约9公里长的通村水泥路。[1]
产业[edit]
村内耕地1856亩，茶园2800多亩，黄栀子1256亩，村民收入以有机茶叶为主。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年之初属秀泽乡，1958年归外宅小公社，1966年设坑里洋大队，1987年10月组建坑里洋村民委员会。[2]
古迹[edit]
村内西北部一家茶业公司厂房以西约800米处，有一处古代抗倭炮台遗址。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[2]
