翠郊古民居[edit]
古民居占地约1.4万平方米，建筑面积约5000平方米。[2][4]
全宅用360根木柱撑起，共有192间房、24个天井与6个大厅，三进合院三组并列，梁柱门窗上多饰木雕。[2][4]
宅内保留斗鸡、布袋戏等传统活动。近年以“修旧如旧”的方式完成墙体修复和消防系统改造。[2]
洋里民居[edit]
洋里民居也位于翠郊村，为清代建筑，列为福建省级文物保护单位（第六批）。[5][6]
村情[edit]
村地处山区，耕地1850亩，茶园2380亩。博雅地名网所载的产业情况多止于2012年前后：村民以茶叶为主要生计，并发展脐橙种植和黄金鸡养殖。[1][4]
2023年，福鼎市政府工作报告将白琳翠郊村列为省级“一村一品”专业村。[7]
