地理环境[edit]
村地与磻溪镇的两个村相邻，南面接白琳镇玉琳村，并与太姥山景区相连。村内耕地1223.2亩，园地1556.1亩，林地3919.1亩，其中生态公益林1400亩。[1]
村地属福鼎白茶产区。原为白琳镇水源地的金堰水库位于亭头自然村上游。[1]
人口与外出[edit]
全村409户1389人，常住人口220人，外出流动人口560人，主要流向上海、四川和蒙古，多从事石材加工与销售或务工。[1][2]
