车洋村位于白琳镇西北方向，距集镇约3.5公里，距福鼎市区30公里。村子濒临内海湾，背靠太姥山脉，百步溪穿村而过。古称伡阳。[1]

村名的来历与一处弯道有关：一条小溪从村边流过，弯处的水流打着旋，像车轮一样，故名车洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年初为车洋乡，1958年公社化后分作四个大队；1968年合并称换新天大队，1970年复称车洋大队，1987年才组建为村民委员会。[1]

行政区划与人口[edit]

村下辖18个自然村，设18个村民小组，全村607户，计2374人，其中60周岁及以上375人。人口较多的姓氏为杨、周、陈、邵等。[1][2]

全村地域总面积6.26平方千米，耕地和茶园各约3000亩，林地约8000亩，村集体油茶山两千多亩。[2]

荣誉[edit]

爱卫部门于2021年11月命名车洋村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2025年11月，村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」（茶叶）；2026年1月，被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
