茶场社区位于白琳镇东北部，距集镇约5公里，地处平原，104国道紧邻东侧，铁路穿境而过。[1][2]

社区由翁江茶场改制而来，名称取“茶场”二字。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

2018年9月，翁江茶场改制，社会职能交由地方承接；市政府批准在此设立居民委员会，即茶场社区。[2][3]

人口与产业[edit]

社区共96户245人，人口较多的姓氏为王、陈二姓。外出流动人口约60人，主要流向上海、河北，从事经商和务工。[1][2]

社区内有翁江茶场和若干茶叶公司。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，社区被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[2]
