白琳社区是白琳镇下辖的社区，设在白琳镇集镇之中，名称与镇名相同。[2]

社区名的由来与镇名一致：博雅地名网记，此处原为布满森林的丘陵，唐乾符年间有人迁居，故称“白林”，后雅化为白琳。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2014年，此处改称白琳社区居民委员会。[1]
