吴阳村是福建省宁德市福鼎市磻溪镇下辖的行政村，位于福鼎市西南部，距磻溪镇政府约33公里，距福鼎市区约61公里，交通不便。全村辖15个自然村，共460户，以茶叶为主要收入来源。[1]

早年吴姓人家先在此定居，村前有一大片田洋，于是得名「吴阳」。[1]
