仙梅村隶属福建省宁德市福鼎市太姥山镇，为一个行政村，位于镇西南部，东面与巨口村相接，南面与硖门畲族乡柏洋村相接，距秦屿集镇约8公里。[1][2]
村名因地处山沟深处且遍植梅树而得名。1987年才转为村民委员会。2011年，本村由市委与市政府认定为福鼎市扶贫重点村。[1][2]
