洋里村隶属福建省宁德市福鼎市太姥山镇，为一个行政村，位于镇的正西方向，距集镇约0.5公里，三面环山，背靠太姥山。[1][2]
村名由旧称“跃鲤”简作“里洋”演变而来。1993年自瓜园村分出。2021年11月，村获评2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
当地两座鲤鱼山原名“跃鲤”，后简作“里洋”，为与山前一带的里洋区划相区别，演变为洋里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1993年自瓜园村分离，另设洋里村民委员会。[1]
