地名由来[edit]
村前有一座圆形土墩，村后则是成片的竹林，故取名「筼筜」。[1]
革命历史[edit]
博雅地名网称，筼筜村是福鼎革命策源地。1932年冬，在筼筜、西山、谢厝下三个党小组的基础上，村中成立了第一个党支部；1933年3月，筼筜村建立了第一个村苏维埃政府。[2][3]
村中建有福鼎革命策源地筼筜历史纪念馆，2010年重建。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，筼筜村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。2023年10月，村子被确定为「2023年度宁德市一村一品专业村」。2022年3月，村子获「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」称号。[1]
