敏灶村是福鼎市沙埕镇下辖的行政村，位于沙埕港西南沿岸，东临东海，辖6个自然村及冬瓜屿。[1]
村名[edit]
据博雅地名网，渔船经过时望见海岸上有两处形似土灶眼的景物，古人以为此地无需筑灶，村名由此而来。[3]
地理环境[edit]
村子东临东海，南望台湾东引岛，北面是沙埕港。村域内包括冬瓜屿，屿上有“伟人石”一景。[1]
人口与产业[edit]
博雅地名网载全村共516户，其中常住183户；约85%的村民以渔业为业。百度百科载户籍人口为2468人，常住约560人。[1][2]
经济以渔业运输和紫菜养殖为主。[1]
历史与文化[edit]
村中有妈祖宫和古碉堡。据百度百科，清乾隆年间陈姓先祖迁入此地，1987年改为敏灶村民委员会。[1]
