黄仁村位于前岐镇东北部，距集镇约15公里，与浙江省苍南县五凤乡交界。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据传此地曾出过大官，原名王臣，后因方言读音相近而写作黄仁。[1]

土改时期此地归黄仁系管辖。1958年起隶属黄仁小公社，1968年改属黄仁大队，1985年划入黄仁乡，1987年设为黄仁村民委员会。[1]

解放战争时期，村里有22人牺牲并被评为烈士；1982年，又有35人得到平反。[1]

文化[edit]

村内保存有明清古厝群落，据百度百科所载。[2]

2021年11月，村庄获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2022年12月，村庄获福建省绿化委员会授予「2022年福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]

2022年3月，黄仁村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
